Use this document as a guide to planting and growing edible flowers and garnishes for culinary use in your garden. We have included several varieties, their season, flavour, use, propagation and a photo as a reference. 

There are an abundance of flowers in our gardens which are edible, this guide can help you identify varieties before eating.
